Notice of Bug Fix and Version Upgrade for the

  We would like to inform you that we have fixed a bug in the "Kenko Techo" app that caused a system error on some Android devices due to changes in Google Fit specifications, which prevented the display of the number of steps.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and kindly ask you to update the application.


■Caution

  1. The latest version is 2.2.
  2. Access permissions for location information and physical activity are required to track the number of steps. Please refer to the following instructions on how to set access permissions.

 

How to Set Access Permissions:
(1) Access the Accenture Health Insurance Society TOP page:
https://secure.accenture-kenpo.jp/eng/index.jsp
(2) Click “Walking Campaign” on the right side of the page.
(3) If you are using the “Kenko Techo” application, in the “Procedure to Participate” section in the middle of the page, click the “How to configure initial settings Android smartphone Google Fit” button on the right side for Instructions for registration/configuration.

 

If the error persists after updating, please reinstall the application or adjust permissions in the application's settings.

As announced by the Accenture Health Insurance Society on July 31, 2024, the society will allow you to manually input your step count from June 1, 2024 (Sat) to August 31, 2024 (Sat).
