About the period it takes to use the Myna health insurance card
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in the business operations of Accenture Health Insurance Society.
Accenture Health Insurance Society is proceeding with the registration of My Number so that Myna health insurance card can be used in preparation for the abolition of insurance cards on December 2, 2024.
Once your company submits your My Number to Accenture Health Insurance Society and it is registered in our health insurance system, you will be able to use your Myna health insurance card.
The period until your My Number is registered with Accenture Health Insurance Society is as follows. (As of December 2024)
It may take some time before your Myna health insurance card can be used, so please bring your Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate issued by Accenture Health Insurance Society with you when you visit a medical institution.

*1 You will receive a letter ("Request to provide your individual number (My number)") from FUJIFILM Business Innovation Document Center, a company contracted by Accenture, requesting you to provide your My Number.
After it arrives at FUJIFILM Business Innovation Document Center, your My Number will be provided to the Accenture Health Insurance Society. Please use the Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate issued by the Accenture Health Insurance Society until registration is complete. (As of December 2024)
※2 Voluntarily continuing insured persons generally complete their My Number registration while employed. In that case, there is no need to submit your My Number. (Once you obtain voluntary continuing insured person status, you can visit medical institutions using your Myna health insurance card.)
