About the period it takes to use the Myna health insurance card
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in the business operations of Accenture Health Insurance Society.
Health insurance cards were completely abolished on December 2, 2025, but Accenture Health Insurance Society is currently working on registering your My Number so that you can use your Myna Insurance Card.
Once your company submits your My Number to Accenture Health Insurance Society and it is registered in our health insurance system, you will be able to use your Myna health insurance card.
The period until your My Number is registered with Accenture Health Insurance Society is as follows. (As of January 2026)
If you have not yet prepared your Myna Insurance Card, the Society will provide you with a Health Insurance Elibility Certificate separately.

*1 You will receive a request ("Request to provide your individual number (My number)") from FUJIFILM System Services Document Center, a company contracted by Accenture, requesting you to provide your My Number.
After it arrives at FUJIFILM System Services Document Center, your My Number will be provided to the Accenture Health Insurance Society.
※2 Voluntarily continuing insured persons generally complete their My Number registration while employed. In that case, there is no need to submit your My Number. (Once you obtain voluntary continuing insured person status, you can visit medical institutions using your Myna health insurance card.)
