To Persons who have not registered their My Number Card for use as a health insurance card

Current health insurance cards will become completely invalid after December 2, 2025 !　

If you do not have a My Number Card, please apply for one at your local municipal office as soon as possible.

If you have not registered your Individual Number (My Number) with your company, please submit it to your company as soon as possible.

If you have not registered your My Number Card for use as a health insurance card, please do so as soon as possible.

Those who have not registered their My Number Card for use as a health insurance card will receive the information of new Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate from Accenture Health Insurance Society (no application required, scheduled for November 10, 2025).

For the time being, you can use your health insurance by presenting this certificate, but you will not be able to receive the benefits that are exclusive to the Myna Insurance Card, so we strongly recommend that you switch to the Myna Insurance Card as soon as possible.
