In the【FY2024】Walking Campaign which is currently underway, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the error in synchronizing the number of steps with the "Kenko Techo" application to Android devises users.
We are currently investigating the cause of the problem, but it is expected to take some time to resolve the issue.
If you are experiencing this issue, please follow the procedure below to manually register the number of steps you have taken.
Input procedure
(1) Go to the "My Data" then click "Manual Entry of Steps Data"
(2) A pop-up window for manually entering step counts will appear.
Enter the number of steps in the input box for each date and click the "Register" button.
*If you want to enter the number of steps for the previous week, click the "Previous" button and enter the number of steps.
To correct the number of steps you have already entered, re-enter the number of steps in the entry box for each date.
(3) When registration is completed, the number of steps will be updated on the "My Data" screen.
If the data is not updated, please click the "Update button" located next to the total number of steps.
Note when entering data manually
(1)If we determine that there is an error or irregularity in the registration of step count data, we will contact you for confirmation.
If the registration is determined to be fraudulent, points may not be awarded.
(2)Customers who have registered the number of steps manually on "Kuu-neru-aruku" do not need to register manually on walking campaign
Please note that the manual input function is a remedy for Android devises users who are unable to register your step count.
For those customers who are not experiencing this issue, please follow the normal procedure to synchronize the number of steps.
