Accenture Health Insurance Society used to issue a paper "Notice of Benefit Payment Decision" to those who received benefits.

From December 2023 (for decisions made in October 2023), this will be changed to the web version of the "Notice of Benefit Payment Decision" through the Health Insurance Society Website (Health Services Portal Site).

Therefore, issuance (and mailing) of the paper version will be discontinued.

From now on, those who are eligible for benefits should check the "Notice of Benefit Payment Decision" from the Health Insurance Society Website (see below), and print out and keep it if necessary.
