Implementation of 2022 Dependent Survey (Primary)

 

 

 

 We appreciate your continued understanding and cooperation regarding the business operations of the Accenture Health Insurance Society. Please be informed that the 2022 Dependent Survey (Primary) will be sent soon.

 

 Our Health Insurance Society holds an annual dependent survey (validation) under the guidance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Article 50, Enforcement Regulations of the Health Insurance Act, and the Notifications from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare [Notification No. 1029004, issued by Director of Health Insurance Bureau / Notification No. 1029005, issued by Director of Employee’s Health Insurance Division, Health Insurance Bureau]).

 

 The purpose of this survey is to verify that those who previously qualified as dependents are still qualified.

 

 If persons who were originally not qualified to be dependents continue to be acknowledged as dependents, the insured person will have to bear an added expense in their monthly health insurance premiums, which may lead to financial issues for the Health Insurance Association and/or higher insurance premiums.

 

 This validation procedure is required to optimize insurance benefits and to effectively utilize the premiums paid by everyone. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter.
